Path Corruption in 2.x

I just started seeing some strange things in the paths posted in several 2.02 blogs. Some of the <link> tags at the top of the page have “index.php” inserted in them, and I’ve not seen this before 2.02.

In some other 2.02 blogs I have an Amazon.com RSS feed that shows graphics from Amazon and provides links to buy the products. The blog was inserting its own domain name in the middle of the Amazon URL, preventing the pictures from displaying and, even worse, from my visitors buying the products!

I tried several different templates, including some certified for 2.x, without effect.

I finally downgraded to WP 1.5, and the problem went away.

I have a LOT of 2.02 blogs. Please tell me there’s a solution other than downgrading them all.
