    Trying to use the import option to enter path to csv on server but the file not being picked up any ideas

    On the import csv tool there is an option to use a csv file from the server by entering the path to the file. I tired using it but it didn’t import the file. Checked and double checked path but still didn’t import do you have any directions on this feature.

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting back. Importing csv file from the server feature is not included in the plugin. You can import data only by uploding the csv file directly.

    If that is the case seems should be removed from the import tool

    To be clear the part of the CSV import tool circled in the image below is non functional?

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting back. This CSV importer is the fork of Woocommerce CSV importer. I recommend you to install Woocommerce plugin and import CSV using Woocommerce CSV importer by file path. If the issue persists, the problem is with your server. If it works please let us know we will check.
