Path whitelist feature (diff included)

I got this working as expected on our dev site, figure I’d paste my diff here. It creates a textarea to add relative paths, one per line below the IP whitelist box on the plugin settings page. This is based off plugin version 1.25.14 which is up-to-date as of this topic.
