Hi @sourav0697 ,
It looks that the HTML structure of the player is changed by one of your other plugins and this destroys the player functionality. Please check that and disable the functionality that automatically change the structure on the page. You can spot the plugin by deactivating one by one the active plugins on your website.
Please let me know if something is not clear or you have more questions!

I have uninstalled all the plugins, but the issue persists. I am using the Gaana theme, and when I deactivate it, everything works fine. However, the Gaana theme is essential for this project.
What should I do in this situation? If necessary, I’m open to purchasing a premium plugin to resolve the issue, but I cannot replace the Gaana theme.
please help me. This is very urgent.

Hi,
A third party plugin or theme should not change the code generated by other plugins. What you can do is to identify the theme setting/option that triggers the changes, or discuss with the theme developers and ask them to help you disable this functionality. If you want, I can take a look on your setup, please drop me a mail using the contact form here: https://smartwpress.com/contact-us/
