Pause Animation on Slide Hover (Autoplay)

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an option — preferrably a toggle — which would allow for the animation pause on hover when autoplay is enabled.

I think it would be a nice functionality to give the option of pausing the slide and staying on the current slide that is hovered on.
