Pay Now Button Not working

    Hi,
    I got a report from one of my website visitors that the Pay Now button at the final checkout page for my e-product on the site is not working. I also tried to check it out myself and realised that it’s true. A further check on my site stats show several clicks on the checkout page for the product but there’s no payment.

    Could you please check to see what the problem is?

    Hi @kabbiz,

    The issue is from the Email Encoder – Protect Email Addresses plugin. You will have to deactivate the plugin to fix this issue.

    In the next update to the Paystack WooCommerce plugin, I will fix this issue so that the Paystack WooCommerce plugin works when Email Encoder – Protect Email Addresses plugin is activated.

    Oh dear 😔

    If I deactivate that plugin, I’m sure going to open up my site to spam mails. Is there any email encoder option for me? Or I shouldn’t use another email encoder plugin?
