Pay to comment Plugins?

Hi,
I’m curious to know if there are any known plugins that allow the functionality of restricting specific user’s ability to comment unless they pay a small fee or pay for a membership on the/my site. Must be standard currency like the dollar (not crypto). This isn’t in aims to control spam.
Anyone know plugins with this type of content control/restriction/customisation?
