Payal Payments fail on ALL Give Wp transactions

Paypal payments keep failing on all donations. First we thought it was paypal, but processingn works onn everything else EXCEPT Give Wp transactions. We are missing out on a donations, so any help is appreciated.

First thing, check your form logs. GiveWP creates a new entry in the logs section that provides additional information on what is happening when a donation is attempted. The error logs are accessed by going to GiveWP > Tools > Logs. You’re looking for entries for the date/time of the donation attempts in question. I suspect you’ll have duplicates.
When you find one, click on the “eyeball” icon on the right of the log to expand it to view the contents. If it references the email was considered spam and it blocked the donation, this is most likely from the Akismet plugin. If you have that plugin active, navigate to GiveWP > Settings > Advanced – Akismet SPAM Protection, click Disabled on that feature, and save the changes. This should allow donations to get through.If, however, it’s a different error, copy/paste the complete log into your next reply. (Note: a screenshot will not show us enough information. In addition, please also include your system information – to do this, navigate to GiveWP > Tools > System Info (tab), click the button to Get System Report and copy/paste ALL of the text in your email reply. Here is a (silent) video showing you were to find and copy this info.

Okay Ginger… we’re about to be best friends. I have 4 pages of errors on the log. The majority read “Donation Route Error Unknown_error”. When I go into the eyeball, I see this code:

See: How to Create a Child ThemeNote: Seeing the system report, I notice that the MU-plugins still say hostinger. Yet, this site was transferred and is now with Bluehost. I’m assuming that this is the glitch and if so, please guide me on the easiest way to fix it.
Bluehost removed the Hostinger files and now say that the plugin is fully connected to Bluehost now. However, it's still not functioning. We flushed the cache. Tried incogito mode. Nothing works. See updated ssystem repost below please:

Reinstalling the plugin won’t solve this since its reporting a database error.
We would like to dig deeper to understand what is happening here. To do that, please reach out to us via our contact form at https://givewp.com/contact-us/? Use the option that says “I am responding to a request to contact you.” Provide the link to this thread as context, we will be happy to assist further.
Also, to move things along faster, please reach back out to Bluehost and ask them to create a staging site for you. A staging site is a mirror copy of your live site, and will allow us the ability to troubleshoot there directly. Please let us know the status of this ONLY on the contact form submission, NOT here in this public thread.
