Payment button is disappearing after a while

    Hi,

    When I add a payment button shortcode, it works great for a while. But after a little while, it says “No payment forms found.” in my editor and the button disapears from the live version of the site. I have confirmed that I don’t have any caching plugins running nor is my host caching my site.

    I dont have any plugins that would minify the JS or anything either. What could be causing this? Thank you for your help!

    Hello @canfreedomformula, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

    What you describe sounds like a caching issue to me. When a form works works for a while and the doesn’t, it is generally an issue with cache. However,If you do not have any caching plugins, and your host doesn’t either, it may still be possible that your host is serving our scripts from a CDN like Cloudlfare.
