Payment buttons not working

    Hello, the payment doesn’t work with payment buttons. The payment always fails for user if he tried to pay using the payment button citing security reasons by UPI apps. As a result, I had to disable this gateway for payments exceeding 2k on mobile as the QR scan mode doesn’t support more than 2000rs as per UPI restrictions. Any support on this to make it work would be very much appreciated.

    As mentioned in our old responses also, after recent change by NPCI, almost all the UPI providers have disabled UPI intent feature for offline QR codes. That’s why it’s not working for you. Which means, the issues is with UPI id, not with the plugin. We strongly suggest you using a payment gateway in which you will get maximum success rate for payments and UPI buttons will also work. In our other plugin called “Knit Pay”, we support integration of around 20 Indian Payment Gateways, you can choose any of them and add them on your website.
