After select the “escape room game” appears the page to fill the personal data as usual.

This plugin, (Amelia) works OK and when you finish the bookink system (Amelia) send you to woocommerce general plugin to make the payment.

    This step OK

Next screen you may go to fill your data customers: Address, phone, etcetera, and of course choose the payment method.

    This Step OK

    The problem begin here.
When woocommerce must be send to “the bank payment screen (popup)” That screen when you have to fill card number etcetera

But this screen nos appears, jump ths screen and system say “Thank you for order / shopping” But really you never did the payment because this is step was jumped…

    Hi there,

I made a booking on your site and proceeded to the checkout and see what you mean as there aren’t any fields in which to add your payment information and complete the checkout. It seems this may be due to a conflict with your current theme or a plugin. To troubleshoot, you’ll need to deactivate plugins and your current theme and test. If you’re not (understandably) comfortable doing this on your live site, please set up a staging site. It’s possible your host offers this feature, or you can use a plugin such as WP Staging: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/ which will create a staging site right in your website dashboard.

To troubleshoot, please follow these steps:

    * Deactivate your theme and temporarily activate a default theme like Storefront or TwentySeventeen and test to see if this resolves the issue.
    * If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and your payment gateway plugin and test again.

Assuming this gets things working correctly, please re-activate your plugins one at a time, testing between each one, until you find the plugin causing the conflict. You’ll then need to contact the plugin or theme developer for assistance.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
