Payment cleared but no code and no response from developer

    Subject line says it all.

    I’d like a refund of the $59 paid for services not rendered. I have to report to our board of directors on Sunday and will be forced to leave a negative review at that time if this is not resolved by then. Yes, 501(c)(3)s have board meetings on strange days.

    Developer does not respond to message left on his website contact page.

    Developer does not respond to payment through paypal.

    Spam folder checked repeatedly over the weeks since payment was made. Nada.

    I haven’t got any emails from you or messages. I do not see any pending messages on the PayPal board. Please make sure that you are using [email protected] email to email us and you actually can receive emails.
