Payment details missing on checkout

So I have an issue where the payment options are missing from the checkout page.

I have updated plugins, flushed the cache and gone through various support channels but still no luck.

I have installed the Tickera plugin to manage sales of event tickets. When this was done, everything worked fine. I then had to update various plugins and theme, to allow for QR codes to be embedded into the customer email. This is where I encountered the first issue. Once an order was placed, the money is received, the email was sent (with the embedded QR code), but the user would get re-directed to the 404 page. After some more updates to plugins and updating the theme version, I now don’t have the option to add payment method in order to finalise the purchase. The page layout has also broken?

I have also rebuilt all woo-commerce pages and flushed woo page/database caches.

I’m not a dev and have limited coding knowledge. Any advice on how to fix this would be gratefully received.
