payment element not showing up

    Hi, trying Stellar out for the first time. Added it to a development site and connected it to my Stripe account and placed it in to test mode. I don’t get to see the payment methods when credit card is selected at checkout: (image not showing up, but the only thing I see is the option ‘to save to account’)

    This site is being built with Breakdance Builder if that makes any difference.

    Hi @lockedm, we took a look at your site, thanks for providing that, and found the main issue to be with how the checkout sidebar element is structured in the HTML (DOM).

    @dlocc thanks for the very comprehensive video. You’re right in that we both appear the be using a similar Breakdance setup – it’s themeless by default – which is what you have on your site and on mine. I’ll take another look at my page and see if I find what is wrong. I also have a checkout with the new checkout block, and had the same issue there. I’ll investigate some more, but good to know that it should work!

    I’ve found the problem. I’m using a 3rd party template just for an advanced checkout experiance. If I disable that, all is good. I’ll be reaching out to them to fix.
