Payment Error

I’m trying to process test payments but I keep getting the following message:

“
Payment error:Cannot charge a customer that has no active card
Transaction Error: Could not complete your payment
“

I’ve tried it with multiple test numbers from the stripe website and even when I use my actual information, it still won’t go through.
