Payment Error

    Hi everyone. Whenver an order is placed on my website it returns this error “payment error: please check your credit card details and try again”. I have tested out different credit cards but the error persists. I have also deactivated all other plugins except the authorise.net but the error persists.

    Php Version: 7.4.33

    Authorise.net version: 2.0.27

    Woocommerce version: 6.2.2

    Hello. I would recommend checking a couple of things. First, check the payment settings page to make sure that the API Login ID and Transaction Key were entered correctly.

    If that looks good, the next thing you should check is the Fraud Detection settings in your Authorize.Net account to make sure it is not too restrictive and causing transactions to decline. You can find these settings by going to Account on the top menu and checking the links in the Security Settings -> Fraud Settings section.
