    Payments aren’t working properly. When you confirm your order in SumUp, it doesn’t redirect you back to the website to confirm the order, and orders are canceled due to a waiting time.
    It’s been working fine for months, but now no one can buy anything. Can you help me? Thank you.

    Hello, I’m having a similar error. Since your last update, the payments have not been triggered in the WooCommerce status of processed.

    We have to check the SumUp’s successful operations and turn the order manually in the WooCommerce backend.

    Hi, we finally solved the problem that was originating because the SSL certificate was incorrectly loaded.

    After being loaded correctly with each part in the correct position, the orders start to be marked as processed automatically after payment.
