Payment Error (Loads too long)

    Hi there,

    I’m facing an issue here with the payment.

    Payment process takes very long, it shows it is loading after submitting the payment details (ie credit card info etc.)

    Then it prompts an error “General error : 2006 mySQL server has gone away”. Here’s a screenshot of the error code : https://snipboard.io/mGviKj.jpg

    Any way I can find the issue and fix it? Thanks for your help!

    Hi @danielchan23

    That is not an error that is caused by the Stripe plugin. You should check your web server settings to ensure you have allocated enough memory to PHP. This issue is not related to the Stripe plugin.

    You can find more details about the error by going to your WooCommerce logs page.
