The issue you’re seeing with “every 1 second” appears because the subscription variation is incorrectly configured. In particular, the payment frequency is set to 0, which results in invalid subscription logic. Unfortunately, setting it to 0 won’t disable the recurring payment — it just leads to this confusing output.
Now, regarding your goal to allow users to choose between a One-Time Purchase and a Monthly Subscription for the same product — this setup is not available in the free version of the plugin.
To achieve this functionality, you have two options:
1. Create two separate products — one for the one-time purchase and another for the subscription (possible using the free version).
2. Use our premium add-on: Flexible Subscriptions One-Time Payment Add-on
With the add-on, you can set up product variations, where one variation is a one-time payment and another is a recurring subscription.
