    Why can’t the payment be completed using a credit card or bank card?

    Hi @littlenan ,

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    PayPal relies on webhooks to confirm payment events (like payment approval, captures and etc). Failing to do this causes payments to appear incomplete or stuck. The proven way to ensure that all webhooks are available is to disconnect your merchant account, reconnect it. Please let us know if this resolves your issue.

    We also noticed that you did not share the system status report with us, kindly follow these steps to share your report with us:

    1. Navigate to the WooCommerce / Status section in your site’s admin panel.
    2. Click on the Get system report button and then click Copy for support.
    3. Paste the report into our PrivateBin.
    4. After uploading, please share the link here so we can review the details thoroughly.

    Hi @littlenan ,

    Thank you for providing the system status report.

    We also did a quick check on your site to test the credit card payment method, it looks like the field validation is broken when you try to complete an order.

    We previously mentioned to disconnect and reconnect your merchant account. Secondly, to eliminate potential conflicts, we recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

    Let us know if the issue persists after trying both steps.
