Payment Failure Issue

    We are currently using the old SecureHosting payment plugin. I have installed the new Monek Checkout plugin, configured it and tested it. Successful payments work fine. However, unsuccessful payment simply return the user to the checkout page with no indication of the fact that the payment has failed. The user does receive an email about the failure, howver this is not good enough since users need instant notification.

    Have I missed something in the configuration that would force the plugin to redirect to failure page and not the checkout page?

    Hi @broganm,

    How is it you are failing your payments during your test?

    The plugin should redirect the user back to the basket on an unsuccessful payment, i.e. payment declined. This should display the returned error message back to the user, please see my screen shot below for an example…

    I believe it will bounce the user back to the checkout page if they fail some validation, by not filling in some information or something similar.
