Payment failure message doesn’t show

    Hi
    I’m using style 2 and still in the testing environment with the payment gateway. I’m very pleased with the plugin, but I have a problem when a card payment fails for some reason. When this happens, I am redirected to the cart page, which does not display any failure message. However, if I go to the donation form of style 2, the message is there.
    Redirects are managed by the payment gateway that I am using.
    Can you think of any solution?

    thanks for reaching out. I’m glad to hear you’re pleased with the plugin 🙂

    Since the redirect after a failed payment is handled by your payment gateway, I’d recommend reaching out to their support team to see if they can include the failure message or adjust the redirect behavior.

    As a workaround, you could try adding the donation form shortcode to the cart page. This way, the message might appear there as well after a failed transaction.
