That’s ironic. Two weeks to get an answer from a plugin author for a contact product! Hmmm….
Thanks anyway, but I don’t see how ‘2 chat Rep +10 minutes of callback +10 SMS’ – and I am guessing as to what the shortened words mean – is much use to anyone.
I am sure the product is wonderful, but I cannot test it on that basis with a client who would demand much more than that restriction allows.
