    Hi,

Everything was working perfectly before, but now, the checkout form with the card details for Stripe doesn’t show when I’m not logged in as an admin during the checkout of tickets purchase.

Only the fields name and email show up. Then there is the title Payment, but nothing below. But when I’m logged in, it all shows normally.

Here is a screenshot of when I’m logged in, it’s showing as it should:

And here I’m logged out it doesn’t show. So clients cannot buy tickets anymore.

I checked in Stripe I have everything set up correctly and it was working fine earlier.

Any idea of where it could come from? Thank you

    Hi @ninievy

This could be related to your cache. If you have a caching plugin or server-side caching, please try deactivating them temporarily and see if that makes a difference.

If that doesn’t help, could you provide the version of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.

    • PHP
    • WordPress
    • The Events Calendar
    • Event Tickets
    • Theme
    • Caching plugin
    • Hosting provider

@forgedinwakefield I just replied to your thread.

    Looking forward to your reply.

I had Siteground SG Optimizer activated and when I deactivated it it worked. Thanks a lot!

Do you think I’ll be able to use the cache from this SG Optimizer plugin again in the future without creating this problem? I really like this cache plugin.

    Thanks

    Hi @ninievy

Could you try configuring your SG Optimizer based on the recommended settings provided in our knowledgebase article and see if that helps?

Let me know how it goes.
