Payment gateway

Im looking to build a website for a florist who’s selling flowers online. Their existing website uses Secpay (its now called Pay360) to process payments.
With your plugin what options do I have? In other words, do I continue using Pay360 (which is a hosted payment gateway – the payment page is hosted on their servers), or shall I stop using that platform? What do people using your plugin usually opt for?
