Payment Gateway Plugin – Virtual Merchant

    I purchased the premium plugin for the Virtual Merchant Payment Gateway. When I enter the license key and email address I get the following error:

    JigoShop Virtual Merchant Gateway activation: There is a problem with connecting to licence activation API

    Can anyone help?
