Payment inputs not loading on ajax

    There seems to be an issue with version 2.0.0 – when adding address details, ajax refreshes the payment fields and the CC inputs don’t load. Reverting to v 1.1.4 solves it as Trust seems to use it’s own loader for payment fields in that version.
