  • Hello,

As a first step, you can check with the customer to see if the issue persists.

You can enable the Debug Mode: Put this setting to Save to Log, this will allow you to capture errors while checking the issue (Be sure to disable it once this is sorted).

Then if the issue is present again, check the Braintree log that is under WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share the log here for us to take a closer look.

Note: Please redact the sensitive info such as names, addresses, emails, etc.

Thank you for the update and we’re going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can reopen it again if you need be.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Thanks for waiting while we continue investigating this.

We were able to reproduce this issue on our end when this specific set of plugins are active:

    Braintree for WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Subscriptions
    Smart Coupons
    WooCommerce Points and Rewards
We've reached out to our Developers to helps us understand what happens exactly with the combination above.

We'll send you an update as soon as we hear back from them. Have a great rest of your day!

    Best,

    Hi @crystalpayton!

    Thank you for the update.

That’s great; now that you reached us at WooCommerce.com, we can take it from there and continue helping through that means.

Let’s wait on the developers’ response and see how everything unfolds.

    Cheers!
