• I am trying to create a payment link for a customer that ordered a custom item in which I need to charge them a custom amount. I have create the order and retrieved the link but when I open the link all the fields are gone to enter name, address and credit card. I do not have any issues on my regular checkout screen when purchasing an item off my product catalog, it just seems to be the manually entered order with payment link.

    From what I can gather, you’re having trouble displaying the checkout fields for your custom order.

    I was able to check the shared link and could notice the issue, however, it looks like this does not happen when checking out for normal orders. In that case, it seems the issue appears only for the custom order.

    Could you please try running a conflict test to see if the issue persists? Here are steps you can follow to run a conflict test. Please be sure to have a full site backup before proceeding.
