• Hello. We imported from Bold Subscriptions to WooCommerce Subscriptions. We were using Stripe and we have Payment Method Token and Stripe Customer ID in the customer billing information. The subscription renewal works. However, the customer added a new card on her account page, but Stripe still charges to the old card which is what we imported. How does this work? How to update the data we imported with the new card information? Could you please help? Thanks!

    The subscription’s payment method will only be updated if the customer uses the “Change Payment Method” page which is specifically for changing a payment method associated with a subscription.

    Adding a payment method via the “Add Payment Method” page adds a payment method to the customer’s account but it won’t update their subscriptions since those are two separate concepts.
