Payment Method & Total not display

    Hello there,

    In Vendor order email Payment Method & Total not display. data loads from woocommerce_email_order_details hook same hook return to customer with payment method and total, Its not return those values to vendor email

    Please advise

    Hi @hajakutbudeen

    By default, the free WooCommerce plugin does not contain or send any vendor type mails.

    Would you be able to reply detailing the exact name of the default WooCommerce email that is being sent? You can find all of the emails located at WooCommerece > Settings > Emails on a WooCommerce installation.

    Replying with an example screenshot of the email you’re referring to may also help.

    Thanks for confirming. Since Product Vendor plugin is a paid plugin, please create a ticket at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.

    You may need to log into your WooCommerce.com account before you can access that page.

    Also, don’t forget to share your System Status, the information included will help our support team narrow down the issue much quicker.
