    Hello,

    when i use the Plugin in Germany, everything works fine. It shows me all payment methods that PayPal offers for german costumers.

    But when i activate my VPN and enter the website via USA. It does only show me Paypal + Credit Cards.

    But it should also show me “Venmo” for example. But it doesnt.

    What can i do?

    Thank you for reaching out, we are here to help.

    the payment options that are shown to a customer rely on many factors. The plugin sends details like, location, IP, browser, OS, and many more to PayPal and receives in return the payment options that will be shown to the customer. The Venmo payment option might not be shown to you because of some detail that was sent (or it might identify the VPN), but you are right. It should be available to US customers and since you were able to see it from your own location, I would not think that your US customer will not see it.

    Are you able to get it tested on a system located in the US? Have you had any complaints?

    I just tested it with PC located in the USA.

    USA OS + US Browser + US IP + Fresh Cache.

    It still doesnt show me venmo 🙁

    Are there any additional settings that i have to configure?

    It shows me all the relevant payment methods of germany, it just doesnt work with other countries

    The Pay Later and Venmo buttons are automatically provided when all of the eligibility criteria are met.
    pay-with-venmo
    pay-later

    You can disable certain payment methods with the Disable funding sources setting in the plugin, but the rest happens automatically and is controlled by PayPal.
