Payment methods missing

Thanks for all your work on this excellent plugin.

I just logged in to a clients’ site to help them implement a new payment option, and noticed that Stripe is missing from the payment methods in the settings. Eventually I found it nested under Opayo (along with a whole load of other payment methods). Looks like an error in the html, I guess each payment option should have its own ‘accordian’ header and content div.
