    I’ve now had this happen twice. People add products to their cart, seem to enter credit cart information, and click to pay. The order goes through and I get an email saying a new customer order has been been placed, however even though it shows in the order that it was place using Stripe, the card never gets processed.

    It shows that the order went in, but it never reaches stripe for processing. I also have logging turned on and from looking at the payment gateway log, it appears that no attempt is even being made to process the card.

    This is with the following versions:
    Wordpress – 4.6.1
    WooCommerce – 2.6.8
    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway – 3.0.6

    Has anyone seen this before or have any idea how to resolve it. It’s a major problem because it emails customers and myself telling them their order is complete when in fact it isn’t!

    Hi There,

    Let’s rule out a conflict with the theme/plugins hence can you please do the following steps to rule out the conflict:

    1. Switch the theme to the default twenty sixteen theme and check if the issue persists, if resolved then let me know, if the issue persists then goto next step.
    2. Deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe to check if the issue persists, if the issue persists then let me know. If the issue is resolved then goto next step.
    3. Activate each plugin one by one while testing for the issue, once you find the plugin that is causing the issue, please keep it deactivated and let me know.

    There’s 2 big problems with that:

    1) This is a live site promoting and event and selling tickets for an NYE party, there’s no way I can switch themes and deactivate a ton of things then wait for transactions to go through.
    2) It happened on two different sites hosted on the same 2 server wordpress cluster on the same day, and each only missing a single transaction. Neither has done it again since then.

    I was hoping there might be some way of turning on some more verbose logging and just let it run in the background so I can capture more relevant info if it happens again.
