Can you please check if the value of the key “locale” in the Klarna Payments log matches the site language? For example, if the site language is set to “German (Austria)”, the locale should be “de_AT”.
As for the “Internal Server Error”, does this happen both in production and test mode?
log – it’s de_DE.
…WooCommerce: 5.4.1 – KP:2.5.1 – PHP Version: 7.4.19 – Krokedil”,”body”:{“purchase_country”:”AT”,”purchase_currency”:”EUR”,”locale”:”de-DE”,”order_amou…
And yes, it’s the same in testmode. everything in english in checkout.
Can you please try setting the “Site Language” in the WordPress settings (Settings → General) to “German (Austria)”?
Done this, but no change. By the way – it’s working without problems for many years. This is a new situation now.
It seems like we need to like a closer look into this. Please contact our support team so that they can assist you.
I also got a “Internal Server Error” and klarna told me it was an ajax error and was merchant specific. If i hit refresh in checkout then it worked..
After a lot of testing i find out i for some reason had to set Default customer localtion to Shop base address, so the customer had a default location. I only had to change my own stores country (so it wasnt the correct one), else it wouldnt work. That removed the error message.
(followed by other issues. So temp. switched to another plugin, until they solve them)
Thanks for the information! We’re currently looking into this issue.
It seems like the issue is only effecting Flatsome theme users. The Flatsome theme developers said that they will release a new version, 3.14.1, which should fix this issue.
Payment is working again. Still the false language in Austria (english instead of german). But for german customers it’s already working.
Hi,
Having the same problem. Could someone explain the solution? I noticed that if I flushed cache just before from domain host it worked but if I tried second time it did not work again.
Regarding the “internal server error”, in all cases, it has been due to the theme used. Flatsome has already released a new version (v3.14.1) that fixes this for their users. You can verify this for yourself by switching to the Storefront theme, and try to place a test purchase. If you can successfully place an order without any error, the issue is caused by your theme.
Hi,
having the same issue, but the theme “OceanWP”.
locale in the log is de-DE, which is also the language setting of our shop.
Could you have a look?
Hello @malteio,
Can you please try switching to the Storefront theme and see if that helps? I need you to do this to verify that the issue is not theme related.
