Payment Notification Forward URL not working

Hi,

I am having trouble with redirecting to a certain page after payment is procceded. In Settings – Advanced settings I’ve set where I want my page to redirect (now it just goes back to Home page), but it is unfortunatelly not working. Also I am sending you a log:
