Thanks for your feedback. We will take a look into the best way how to integrate JobBoardWP and Woocommerce. For now, we have only integration between JobBoardWP and Ultimate Member. There can be different roles based on UM settings Maybe you can find the way how to change the role after purchasing some Woo products.
As for the Editor Role please add necessary user capabilities to this role via a 3rd-party plugin for editing roles (e.g. User Roles).
