    Hi WebToffee team,

    After updating to version 5.0, all our payment options have disappeared from the checkout page. We’ve tried everything we can think of—reconnecting, re-activating the plugin, etc.—but nothing brings them back.

    We’re using:

    • WooCommerce 9.8.5
    • WooCommerce Bookings
    • WooCommerce Product Add-ons
    • Elementor
      (and a few other plugins, none others for payment)

    Any idea what could be causing this, or how we can get the payment methods showing again? Would appreciate any tips or suggestions—right now, our customers can’t check out at all.

    2. Your system status report – WooCommerce → Status → Get system report.

    When I click submit on the site, it doesn’t submit my mail. I’ve tried for a few days. Do you perhaps have a mail address?

    Could you please try submitting it via this link using a different network connection/browser?

    If you’re getting any error messages in browser console, kindly get back to us by sharing the same.

    Still, no success trying to use the mail on other browsers and other connections.
