We are having issues with payments going through but Woo is showing “Payment Pending”.

This usually has to do with the Nudge not being able to be delivered to your server. See https://www.polipay.co.nz/support/poli-nudge-delivery/.

@uptospeed yes support helped us through the issue. We had to get our hosting provider to whitelist the following IP addresses below:

52.64.125.233
54.153.153.81
