• I have been using Woocommerce for a couple years now and I’m still unsure of what the pending payment status means. I know it means the customer placed the order and it has been unpaid, so I guess I’m more unsure of why the payment wasn’t received if they put all their information in and selected pay.

    I have customers who have inserted their information multiple times and I see the orders on the backend, but again with the status of payment pending and am unsure how to resolve this.

    Is there something I can tell my customers so this issue doesn’t keep happening?

    And I’ve been told before that Google Chrome could of been part of the issue, but I use Google Chrome when I put orders through, and have had no issues, so again, I’m not quite sure what the issue would be?
