Payment Plan/Bill Pay

    I am looking to be able to create a balance for a user and have them pay a monthly payment. If a plugin exists this close please recommend, otherwise I will be looking for developer assistance.

    IE>
    **Backend** Balance set = $5,000, Minimum monthly payment set = $203.51, allow full balance payoff, if balance is less than Minimum allow full balance payoff.

    Due date set, if on autopay (reoccurring billing) automatically takes place, if not alert is sent to user payment and admin payment is past due, Late Pay fee added if after due date.

    Manual payment added by admin with source as (Check, Cash, Inside Credit Card)

    Product will need to have description (Year;Make;Model;Color;VIN)

    **Front End**
    User logs in, Sees assigned balance, product and how many payments left, can add credit card via authorize.net gateway, after payment receipt is sent via email, and balance is updated.
