We are looking for a way to do the installments automatically.

In that case, one option I can think of would be to use the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/) alongside a plugin like All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions (https://woocommerce.com/products/all-products-for-woocommerce-subscriptions/).
