I understand you’re trying to change the order of your payment methods, but despite dragging them into a new position, the changes aren’t being applied, which can definitely be confusing, especially when everything looks like it’s working in the interface.
To help narrow this down, have you recently updated any other plugins or are there any pending updates on your site that might be interfering with WooCommerce’s functionality?

Could you record your screen so I can see exactly what’s happening when you try to change the order? You can use a tool like Loom or any other screen recorder that’s convenient for you. Alongside that, please also share your System Status Report by copying it from WooCommerce > Status > Get system report, pasting it into https://pastebin.com or https://quickforget.com, and sending us the link.
Once we have this information, we’ll be in a better position to help you resolve it!
