Payment problem

Hi everyone,
I have a message (We’re sorry, but we weren’t able to add this card. Try again later or add a different card) whenever I enter my credit card/debit card details. I am testing out this website I haven’t tried to pay via Paypal. Also, I have tried with multiple cards-visa master… Is there a solution for this?

Which ones does this error occur for? Can you perhaps send a screenshot of it as well? (I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL into your reply.)
Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

A couple things to check should get us on the right track:
* Can you make sure that you have a PayPal business account, not just a personal one?
* Please enable logging in the PayPal Payments settings page: Logging – Enable logging of unexpected behavior.
To find the generated logs:
1. Go to
WooCommerce > Status > Logs
2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the PayPal Payments log that you need, then clickviewto load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd

the memory issue you are seeing (based on the logs) will need looking at: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
Making sure that your site has enough memory to function will help make sure things run smoothly, including payments.
Hi,
I increased the memory through wp-config, but even before that, I couldn’t access my dashboard. I tried disabling plugins and themes, changed the wp-login file, nothing helped. I even tried using the link WordPress sent me. Is there a bored hacker on this forum? 😊
