    Hi
First of all, thank you for the great plugin. However, I am encountering some problem with it.
    1. I have created custom fields and I want to sort my orders according to my custom fields, but it is not showing any option.

    2. After receiving payment from PayPal, I have set it to change the order status to another one, but even after the payment is complete, the order status does not change, it is not showing that the payment is received, and it is also not removing the payment button from the order status.

    3. Is it possible to integrate the order system with something with which we could send SMS notifications to our clients?

    4. If I assign a file with the Order, will it be indexed by Google? If yes, is there a way to avoid it?

    5. My emails our being sent in the Spam folder, despite when I am sending emails from my registered email ID.

I hope you will do the needful
    Thanks in advance

It’s been two days and still no reply. This is unfair specially when I have purchased a premium plugin.

    Hi kartik,

If you purchased, then you really should be using the email support that you paid for.

    1. What do you mean sort your orders? In the admin, in the “Orders” tab? There is currently no option for this. You can display a custom field in the table in the “Orders” tab, but you can’t sort by that column.

    2. It looks like you need to enable IPN in your PayPal account, so it can properly send the necessary info to the plugin. You can use the following instructions (found here: https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/how-to-setup-paypal-ipn-notification-2796):

    – Log into your PayPal account
    – Go to Profile then “My Selling Tools”
    – Look for an option labelled “Instant Payment Notification”. Click on the update button for that option.
    – Click “Choose IPN Settings”
    – Enter the URL of your website and hit “Save”

    3. There is no SMS functionality in the Status Tracking plugin. You may be able to integrate it with a third-party service, but this isn’t something we’ve tried or tested.

    4. All files that are uploaded via the plugin are saved in the /wp-content/uploads/order-tracking-uploads/ folder. If you want to make sure that folder isn’t indexed by Google, then you should add a line to your robots.txt file or get a plugin that does that for you.

    5. What often happens is emails that are sent out automatically from WordPress are marked as spam/junk and, so, the recipient doesn’t get them in their inbox. Because of this we recommend using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP, which allows you to set it up so that these automatic emails are sent using an external SMTP server. Once you download and configure the plugin, it has a “send test email” option. Once that works, you can try again to see if you now get the email notifications.

Alternatively, some users of our plugins have told us that simply creating an email address called [email protected](replace domain.com with your actual domain name) has rectified the issue.
