I’m not familiar with any option in Square account settings to verify customer billing address or zip code when processing the payment. Many payment gateways have special settings in their dashboard to enable the zip code check and optionally reject the payment when zip code doesn’t match. Now I couldn’t find any mention of address verification (AVS) in Square support documents:

So far it looks to me that Square doesn’t provide any AVS options, but you may want to double check this with their support team directly.
