    Hi @webmatthieu

I have a few questions that may shine a light on the problem:

Does the active theme apply template overrides to any part of the WooCommerce process? You can find a list under WooCommerce > Status. Also, inconsistencies aren’t usually associated with the code ( as that information is static ) but rather caused by a caching plugin or a spotty host.

Is there anything that these orders have in common that would allow you to replicate the issue?

    Hi @webmatthieu,

We have not heard from you in a while so we will go ahead and close this thread. If you are still having issues or something new arises, please open a new thread.
