    Hello,
    We provide avian veterinary educational paid webinars. We use Woocommerce with PayPal express payment gateway, Zapier, to tie together woo commerce, Zoom webinar, Paid Membership Pro and Constant Contact.

    So we had a webinar 10/29. 8 people paid for the webinar and we were notified trough woo commerce and PayPal of the transactions. But on Zoom it shows 22 people registered for the webinar, but only 8 people paid. we are trying to determine how this may have happened. There is no records in woo commerce of the 12 people that registered but didn’t pay. But they are listed in the registrants for the webinar in Zoom. I can’t get any support from Zoom. They have shuffled me around to the point that I am about to scream if I have to explain this situation, ONE-MORE-TIME!

    I am wondering if anyone here may have an idea of an avenue to try and figure out what happened.
