Payment Settings Pages

New installation, not clear on payment pages. There are three pages for Purchase, Receipt and Tickets. The installation entered numbers 694,698 and 702 respectively, but the current locations are set to purchase__trashed, receipt__trashed and tickets__trashed. How do I set these three pages up and point to them. currently on a test page I can purchase tickets and add to cart, but go to cart goes to the trashed page.
