Payment with the register
-
Hi, i´ve been trying to use the plugin for a few days, why does the register page comes with the payment option?
http://www.planoprotecaofamiliar.com.br/cadastro/Is there a way for the register page to have just the register forms, and then when i´m at the pricing or the product page, then i get the payments?
Also one more question, i´m using the stripe payment method, can i use more options other than the credit card? I would like for the client to use boleto (payment slip), or PIX, to do the monthly payment. The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @ecrown,

-> This is how the plugin was designed, so that from the PMS Registration the users can purchase their subscription plan.
Now, in case you want to have just the Registration fields without the subscription plan section, then you will need to use the information from here.
Now, if you follow the above so that the users can register without becoming a member (without purchasing a subscription plan), then you will also need to create a page where you add the normal PMS Register shortcode ( [pms-register] ) so that the logged in users can go to that page and purchase their membership (you can read more about this here).
Also one more question, i´m using the stripe payment method, can i use more options other than the credit card? I would like for the client to use boleto (payment slip), or PIX, to do the monthly payment.
-> With Paid Member Subscriptions you have access to the following payment gateways: Stripe or PayPal and the Manual/Offline payment gateway. Also, Stripe lets you activate additional payment methods, you can read more about this here. You can search in the Stripe documentation if the payment methods you want to use are supported by them. From what I can see Boleto appears to be a supported extra payment method: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/boleto.
Note: It’s very important to mention that each payment method has some specific “requirements” from Stripe in order for them to be available on your site. For example, there are requirements like the country, currency, and even if the subscription plan can be automatically recurring or not. You will need to check the Stripe documentation for the specific payment method you wish to display in order to view its requirements.
Best regards,
The shortcode for the register without payment worked! Thanks
Can you also see why the login page doesnt load anything?
https://www.planoprotecaofamiliar.com.br/login/Also, how do i change the forms for register, and also for the checkout?
Hi @ecrown
Can you also see why the login page doesnt load anything?
https://www.planoprotecaofamiliar.com.br/login/-> Please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> edit the page where you have this issue -> and from there send a screenshot where it can be seen exactly how you’ve added the PMS Login shortcode to the page.
Note: You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
Also, how do i change the forms for register, and also for the checkout?
-> Exactly to what changes do you refer to? Please provide more information about the changes you want to achieve.
Note: Besides this, you can also provide the URL to the pages you’re referring to and screenshots with the changes to want to have (in order to get a better understanding of this).Best regards,
Thanks for the quick response,
this is what the page looks like

About changing the forms for registering, i meant putting things like :
CPF, date of birth etc, more thingsHi @ecrown,
this is what the page looks like
-> If you’re using the default WordPress Gutenberg Editor, then please use the Shortcode block, in which add [pms-login]
About changing the forms for registering, i meant putting things like : CPF, date of birth etc, more things
-> You can’t add extra fields to the Paid Member Subscriptions form, but you could make use of the integration between Paid Member Subscriptions and Profile Builder to add extra fields to the forms.
Paid Member Subscriptions integrate 100% with Profile Builder, documentation here. You can also read more about the new Registration process here (basically you are using the Profile Builder Registration form in which you add the PMS Subscription Plans as a field).
You can also see here https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/profile-builder-2/manage-user-fields/#Default_Fields_Types all the fields that you can have with Profile Builder Free version.
Best regards,
I´m using elementor, but still not see the login forms.

Hi @ecrown,
I´m using elementor, but still not see the login forms.
-> If you’re using Elementor, then you can use the integration that we have with Elementor to add the Elementor Paid Member Subscriptions Login widget. You can read more about this here.
About the “boleto” payment method, i have it activated in the stripe website, https://snipboard.io/x357X6.jp and also in the woocommerce payment settings https://snipboard.io/qphzZs.jpg When buying a subscription it only shows credit card option https://snipboard.io/baiX67.jpg
url: https://www.planoprotecaofamiliar.com.br/cadastro/?subscription_plan=85&single_plan=yes-> Just to be sure, where do you want to sell our subscription plans? Is it through our Registration form: https://www.planoprotecaofamiliar.com.br/cadastro/?subscription_plan=85&single_plan=yes?
I’m asking this so that we know how to move forward with the investigation. Also if you want to sell our subscription plans only through the above form (our PMS form), then it’s not needed to also set Boleto in WooCommerce, since that will not affect the functionality of our form.
Best regards,
Yes, that´s the webpage, credit card is already showing, we need pix and boleto, but it is activated in the stripe website.
Any idea why it only shows credit card? Maybe if we could show boleto or pix in any other way there..
Hi @ecrown,
It is very important that when you activate these additional payment methods in your Stripe account you are on the Configuration tab from our plugin: Paid Member Subscriptions configurations. Please check the following screenshot for an example: https://snipboard.io/JgtMq7.jpg
So make sure you have our configuration selected after which activate again the extra payment methods you wish to use.
Thanks, that worked!
I did activate boleto in the stripe panel, but it was in “default, default”, didn´t realize the Paid member subscription option.
Is there any option other than stripe, that we can use pix for your plugin?
Unfortunately, no. Natively, Paid Member Subscriptions only supports the following payment gateways: PayPal, Stripe, and a manual gateway.
